Plan to reduce Plymouth A38 Parkway speed limit after 157 crashes

There are plans to reduce the speed limit on the A38 Plymouth Parkway after a review found the area's crash rate was "double the national average".National Highways said it wanted to reduce the speed limit between the Marsh Mills interchange and Tamar Bridge from 70mph to 60mph.
