A teenage boy is in hospital with "potentially life-changing injuries" following an assault, police say.The incident happened in Priorswood Place in Taunton, Somerset, at about 17:50 GMT on Monday, Avon and Somerset Police said.The force said a boy in his mid-teens and an 18-year-old man remained in custody after being arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.Neighbourhood Insp Steve Jones said the teenager in hospital was in a stable condition.
