Thousands of knitted poppies have been draped from the bell tower of a church to commemorate Remembrance Sunday.The display at Holy Trinity Church in Tresillian, Cornwall, was carefully attached to the building by firefighters earlier this week.It is the culmination of a year-long effort by sisters Kirsten Lean and Jacqueline Goodway who drew inspiration from a similar cascade of poppies at a church in Holt, Wiltshire.Mrs Lean said of Remembrance Sunday: "It means a big deal to both…
