The governor of Aleppo says Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces fighters have withdrawn under a fragile ceasefire.

Officials say SDF fighters and families were evacuated to areas under SDF control in northern Syria.
Residents reported relief after days of shelling, while aid groups assisted the injured and displaced.
