While most normal people are abiding the lock-down rules, this guy breaks in to the Network Rail building site along Kings Walk to walk his dogs and do a spot of fishing.

There’s over a mile of sea wall the other way that’s open to the public and he chooses to break in to a locked building site with 12 foot fencing.
