Lincoln and Exeter City have both been fined for failing to control players and staff during a post-match melee.
Rival players clashed immediately after the full-time whistle when League One leaders Lincoln overcame Exeter 1-0 at St James Park on 10 March.
The Football Association charged the clubs for failing to ensure their players and/or technical area staff didn’t behave in an improper and/or proactive way after the final whistle.
Both clubs pleaded guilty, leaving an independent commission to fine Lincoln £15,000 and Exeter £10,000.
Immediately after the incident, Imps boss Michael Skubala told BBC Radio Lincolnshire that his players must get used to dealing with rivals trying to spoil their promotion party after celebrations quickly turned ugly.
