Tolaj formed an impressive partnership with fellow striker Owen Oseni.
The 22-year-old deputised for Tolaj during his suspension but has impressed as he adapts to his first season in League One football .
Oseni set up two of Tolaj’s goals as well as getting one himself, and Tolaj hopes he can play alongside the Irish forward more often.
“Owen obviously is a good player, we didn’t really play much together but when we’ve played I think we’ve done good.
“Hopefully we can play more together and I’m really happy with that.
“He can run in behind, he can come short, he’s a bit similar to me – I can do a bit like off-shoulder, come a bit, get the ball and obviously I get the assist from Owen, I give him an assist, that was a good partnership and hopefully we can keep going.
“I think he used his pace really well, so that’s why the centre-backs are struggling with us.
“So hopefully we can keep going again and hopefully get more goals together.”
