ITV West Country covered a short tribute from a Bath motorcyclist to an off-duty paramedic who saved his life after a crash. Jerry Moon, 34, was given urgent medical care at the scene by Louise Price.

Part of the A40 which has been shut for months will not reopen before Christmas, according to Gloucestershire Live. It means the 12-mile diversion at Hambrook Bridge near Cheltenham will remain in place until next year, reports Gloucestershire Live.

Network Rail wants to close a dangerous footpath over a railway line in South Gloucestershire. The fate of the path near Charfield has been referred to the government, as covered by Gloucestershire Live.

Cotswold Wildlife Park had an “unexpected” new arrival – a white rhino called Mo, which is the second born in the UK in 2025 – both at the park. Footage shared by the zoo showed the calf taking its first steps.

The Swindon Advertiser has paid tribute to a former employee, photographer Bernard Workman, who celebrated his 90th birthday on Monday.

During his time at the paper, Mr Workman captured numerous key events, including royal visits, and was well-known in the community as Father Christmas on an annual fundraising float around the town.
