Having scored six goals in his first season in League One while on loan, Mumba has found the net just three times since – his last coming in a 1-0 win at Rotherham United in April 2024 that was key to Argyle staying in the Championship that season.
In total, he played 170 times for the Pilgrims, scoring nine goals including an impressive individual effort in Argyle’s first game back in the Championship in August 2024 when they beat Huddersfield 3-1 at Home Park.
