On Thursday morning Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested at Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, on his 66th birthday. The former prince was taken to a police station in Aylsham on suspicion of misconduct in public office - he was later released under investigation, Thames Valley Police said.
