Hundreds of competitors have taken part in Red Bull’s capture the flag challenge.

Participants were tasked with running up a greased mast at the event on Plymouth’s Barbican earlier.

The challenge involved attempting to run up the slippery pole as quickly as possible to be crowned the winner.

A test of speed, skill and determination, participants ended up in the water at the end of the event – some more gracefully than others.
