A man has been charged with rape after an alleged incident in Plymouth, police have said.Luke Braund, 22, from Duloe Gardens, Plymouth, was remanded in custody after he appeared at Plymouth Magistrates' Court on Saturday morning.Devon and Cornwall Police was called at about 04:00 GMT on 10 January, after a report of a woman having been sexually assaulted in the Mutley Plain area.Officers attended the scene and a police cordon was put in place. New woodland begins to take root near Hatherleigh
