Police are seeking witnesses after an electric scotter rider was seriously injured in a crash.The woman, a local in her 20s, was found in Parsons Lane between Cranbrook and Rockbeare, in Devon.Devon & Cornwall Police said emergency services were called at 18.50 GMT on Sunday and the woman was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital for treatment before being transferred to Derriford Hospital, in Plymouth.Officers said the woman remained in serious condition and they have appealed…
