US President Donald Trump has threatened to use the Insurrection Act to deploy troops to end protests in the city of Minneapolis. There have been more than a week of protests after an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent fatally shot a woman. Nearly three thousand federal officers have now been sent to the Minneapolis area.
