BBCBBC Radio Devon presenters have completed their part of a 1,000-mile (1,609km) three-legged charity challenge for Children in Need (CIN).
Caroline Densley and Michael Chequer walked a combined 28.3 miles (45.5km) while tied to a different person, which included volunteers and staff from CIN-funded projects, over the course of the two-day fundraising challenge.
On Wednesday, Densley walked around Plymouth and Devonport, while Chequer completed his miles in Torquay and Paignton.
The pair had to battle against the elements on the first day after getting “absolutely soaked” in the rain but were greeted with more favourable dry conditions on day two.
Densley and Chequer joined colleagues from BBC radio stations all over the UK to complete the challenge of walking a combined 1,000 miles three-legged over two days.
Speaking after she completed 15.5 miles (25km) in two days at about 15:25 GMT on Wednesday, Densley said she was pleased to help raise money for CIN.
“Every muscle in my body aches and I’m in bits, but it has been an absolutely amazing experience,” Densley said.

People walking with the pair on day two included Matt Newbury, creative director of the Agatha Christie Festival, and Bryony Chalcraft from YMCA Plymouth and Ocean City Runners.
Densley’s route took in parts of the South West Coast Path into Plymouth’s Royal William Yard before heading to Foulston Park in Devonport.
Chequer’s route started along Torquay seafront before going to Paignton’s pier, harbour and velopark.

After reaching the finish line at about 16:15, Chequer said being able to talk to many different people had been the best part of the challenge.
“I’m absolutely shattered but it’s been an great experience,” he said.
“It’s been genuinely moving to hear from some of the fantastic charities supported in Devon and a privilege to walk alongside them – albeit three-legged.”
