A 27-year-old motorcyclist has been arrested for failing to stop for police after breaching a road closure and alleged weapon and drugs offences.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the man from Cornwall drove along a road near Vue Cinema that had been closed during the English Riviera Airshow at Paignton on Saturday.
The force said: “Thanks to the swift actions of PC Miller the rider was quickly and safely detained.”
Officers arrested the man on suspicion of driving whilst unfit, dangerous driving, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of drugs.
