Disruption continues in Madrid as power resumes

Power is returning to Spain and Portugal – but there are still huge queues at the Atocha train station in Madrid, as the city deals with the fallout of the outage.

The cause of the power cuts are still unknown – Portugal’s Prime Minister Luís Montenegro says there is “no indication” of a cyber attack, while Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has warned against speculation.
