Events are taking place in Exeter on Thursday to mark Victory in Europe 80 years ago.

All are welcome to attend.
A compelling talk about how Exeter marked VE Day and the period afterwards, led by Exeter Red Coat Jon Bell, takes place at the historic Guildhall on Thursday 8 May, at 11am.
Jon will explore how Exeter marked the end of war in Europe and the days of renewal that followed.
Tickets cost £5 and proceeds raised will go to FORCE Cancer Charity, the Lord Mayor’s charity.
Tickets are available on the door or in advance from the Corn Exchange website: exetercornexchange.co.uk/whats-on/red-coat-guides-talk-ve-day-and-after-in-exeter
