There’s still time to share your views on the final draft of Exeter’s new Corporate Plan 2025-2028.
This important document sets out what the council wants to achieve in the years ahead and how it will deliver its vision for a happy, healthy and fully engaged city in the future.
It will replace the existing Corporate Plan published in 2022.
The new plan identifies priorities for the future and sets out how they will be delivered by the council and its partners.
The Corporate Plan 2025-2028 was developed following extensive consultation with residents. Following feedback, four key priorities were established – local economy, homes, people and sustainable environment.
Each priority will have a delivery plan outlining specific measures that will track progress against priorities and the intended outcomes.
The Corporate Plan 2025-2028 can be viewed on the Council’s website: exeter.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/council-information/corporate-plan-2025-2028/
