Molly Vulpyne Band : new singleBased in Dublin, Molly Vulpyne has been making some great noise for the past couple of years, and now, with an added band of Dublin punk scene faces, her seductive combo of neo Dolly parton melodic noise and stark punk and post punk soundscapes is a welcome addition to the ever-fervent Irish music scene. Connected to the punk rock underground of the Paranoid Visions, she somehow manages to create dark forest melodic rushes that shiver with Twin Peaks stylistic nods like on the aptly named new single “Hook” but with a huge punk rock wall of sound and somehow hits all bases at once.
This is a great single and should open all the doors and is a split 7″ with Yur Mum and it’s out on April 11th
