Lyall Cameron: Dundee midfielder may miss out against next club Rangers

Dundee midfielder Lyall Cameron may miss out against future employers Rangers on Saturday evening, Dens Park manager Tony Docherty has revealed.

Cameron, 22, has signed a pre-contract to move to Ibrox this summer and has scored 10 goals in 36 games for the Dark Blues so far this season.

“Lyall picked up a wee injury in Tuesday’s training, just at the end of the session, and he’s getting sent for a scan this afternoon, so we’ll see what comes back from that,” said Docherty.

“We don’t know how serious it is at the moment. It’s always a blow when your best players are not available. You want your best players in the team.”
