NY State DMV Employees Busted Working With Driving School to Rig Exams for Illegals

Just last week, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, who has been almost as busy IN the country as Sec State Marco Rubio has been out of it, announced a major audit and overhaul of the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) program in the country.

Thanks to the millions of illegals that poured across our open borders or were actually escorted in, thanks to the various immigrant importation schemes of the Biden administration, there have been any number of horrific accidents involving unlicensed semi-truck drivers who had no business being behind the wheel of an American big rig, less mind in the country period.

Sec Duffy wants to get to the bottom of it and then get whatever they find squared away.

U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy announced today that the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) is launching a nationwide audit into state practices in issuing non-domiciled Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs), specifically reviewing the potential for unqualified individuals obtaining licenses and posing a hazard on our roads. This action responds directly to a key directive from President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order on Enforcing Commonsense Rules of the Road for America’s Truck Drivers and is part of Secretary Duffy’s commitment to safety.

The open borders policies of the last administration allowed millions to flood our country – leading to serious allegations that the trucking licensing system is being exploited. Today, we are launching a nationwide audit to get to the bottom of this,” said U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy. “Our audit is about protecting the safety of families on the road and upholding the integrity of CDLs held by America’s truckers. Every state must follow federal regulations, and ensure only qualified, properly documented drivers are getting behind the wheel of a truck.”

USDOT has directed the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to conduct a nationwide compliance review of states issuing non-domiciled CDLs. The review will examine state procedures for issuing non-domiciled CDLs to identify and stop any patterns of abuse and ensure federal standards are being met across the country.

The U.S. Department of Transportation remains committed to supporting America’s truckers, who work every day to keep our nation’s economy moving.

I had noted the announcement at the time, and thought I could use it for a post eventually, but who knew it would be so soon?

Duffy is looking like Carnac the Magnificent as far as prescience.

Of course, Duffy had to know what was coming down the pike in New York today as the Department of Homeland Security was involved in the lengthy investigation.

Maybe he was just setting the stage.

It turns out New York State had a big problem with illegals getting drivers’ licenses, even if they couldn’t drive.

Holy SMOKES. This is bad.

A Big Apple driving school paid off DMV examiners to fraudulently fast-track driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants — even if they had no clue how to drive, Staten Island prosecutors said Tuesday.

T&E Driving School in Queens took cash from Chinese immigrants — many of whom didn’t even speak English — and paid off a crew of Department of Motor Vehicles employees on Staten Island to illegally obtain driver’s licenses, District Attorney Michael McMahon said at a press conference.

Pretty slick how the Chinese owners and employees of this driving school worked the scam. I guess it’s not that difficult to find NY State DMV employees to buy.

…T&E owner Weixian Tan, secretary Weiwen Tan, employee Winnie Yang and school road test driver Wenfeng Yang set up the scam by paying off DMV examiners Aji Idicula, Tianna Rose Andolina and Edward Tarik Queen, according to the indictment.

The examiners would then rubber stamp the wanna-be drivers without even having them take a road test.

McMahon said the scam extends beyond the seven named indictments, with two dozen suspects in custody and another indicted DMV employee not identified in the 49-page document.

“The numbers, as we go through this investigation, as we go through the materials that have been seized, we think that we are going to find hundreds if not thousands of people that have been part of this scam,” the prosecutor said.

“The number of tests given by an individual examiner can be about 1,500 a year,” he said. “Two out of the three examiners have been working for four or five years, so we think this is just the tip of the iceberg.”

Just the ‘tip of the iceberg.’ Great.

And who’s to blame for illegals having access to drivers’ licenses to begin with?

Set the Wayback Machine for 2019, Sherman, and let’s point a finger at none other than Mayor Bill de Blah Blah Blasio…

…and disgraced former governor, confirmed lounge lizard, and current NYC mayoral candidate, Andrew Cuomo, who signed the illegal legislation into law. ‘Illegal’ not because it dealt with illegals, but because it directly contradicted federal law.

NY State county clerks went berserk, but to no avail.

Illegals were lined up at DMVs everywhere, like they were handing out free Beyonce tickets. Why were Republicans going nuts about it?

Not only was it in contravention of federal statute, but New York State also registered you to vote at the same time you got your license.

SCHWEET WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER!

That was right before the 2020 election.

Were you aware you’re ‘not supposed to check ID’ to vote in NY?

Who knew. So a phony baloney illegal with a driver’s license might vote for the rest of his life and never get caught.

How ’bout them Big Apples?

And there could now be thousands more of these, mostly Chinese immigrants, driving and voting, if they don’t scoop them up? Thanks to this fraud?

One of the first things Trump did when he regained the presidency was put the state on notice he was planning to crush the lic/voting scam, which by this time had also morphed into an illegal alien early warning system. New York was using the contact information from the licenses to alert illegals that DHS or one of its agencies had made inquiries about that individual.

They’re going to be crawling through the paperwork in New York and, hopefully, arresting and deporting lots of drivers who shouldn’t be on the road. Also, I hope they think to bounce voter rolls against the driving school records.

As for Secretary Duffy, he’s got his hands full with yet another deadly crash involving possible illegal truck drivers.

I know this activist means this sincerely, and I agree with him wholeheartedly.

Don’t come.

If you’re here already, out you go.
