Crowds have gathered at Pride celebrations around the world.
Up to one million people were expected at the New York City parade, with major cities in India, Venezuela and Ecuador also hosting festivities.
June is Pride month – a month dedicated to celebrating LGBTQ+ communities all around the world. The last weekend of Pride month usually culminates in marches, rallies and local events.
