Wotton could hold an advantage over other managers in the sixth tier having spent almost five years as Truro City manager.
He led the Gulls to a 1-0 win over his former club when the two sides met at Plainmoor in the league on New Year’s Day.
Wotton’s side also recorded a 1-0 win over his former employers in the FA Trophy back in November.
“I know a lot about them, I signed a lot of their players and I’m very familiar with a lot of their players,” he added.
“They’re having a fantastic season. I’ve watched them and we’ll go down there and give as good an account of ourselves as we possibly can.”
He added: “Everyone who’s going to be there, including the players and the fans, they know how important the game is if you want to go on and achieve something this season.
“We’re as prepared as we possibly can be, we’ve left no stone unturned and we’re going own there in good spirits.
“But we’re playing against a very, very good football team who’ve got an exceptional home record, so it’s going to be tough.”
